This sewing pattern provides you with detailed, illustrated directions and templates to guide you through sewing your very own pair of felt seal toys. The seals are completely hand sewn from wool felt. A LEVEL II pattern, the project is best for beginner to intermediate adult crafters or savvy children ages 10+ with lots of previous hand-sewing experience. The baby seal pieces are quite small to sew together! (Kids might try my felt dolphin pattern for an easier first project). The directions are simple to follow and include detailed descriptions and beautiful hand-drawn illustrations. The pattern is 9 pages long (including templates). The complimentary 4-page Stitch Guide will walk you through every stitching technique if you've never made a stuffed animal before!

Finished toys measure approximately 7 inches long (mama) and 3.5 inches long (baby).

• 4.5” x 6” white felt
• 8 yards of gray embroidery floss
• 5 yards of white embroidery floss
• 2 yards of black embroidery floss
• 1.5 ounces of wool batting
